If you are looking to install it, here is the separate BackBurner download from the app store.
My previous screenshot does not reflect the updated, and correct documentation here. Go to the windows Start menu, All Programs, Autodesk, Backburner, Server (Shown right). I wanted to make a note: the documentation now reflects that Backburner is not installed by default in Max 2019, but is an optional install.
